The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, an intricate backsplash, double Viking refrigerators, wall ovens, and both high and low counter seating. Adjacent to this incredible kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 10 and a delightful living area with ample seating in front of a 65-inch TV. Conveniently located next to this wonderful space are a closeted washer and dryer with provided supplies, as well as a half bath.
Enjoy our newly added game room, seamlessly connected to the home for easy access and entertainment. This spacious retreat features a large TV, a pool table, and a stand-up arcade-style video game console—perfect for friendly competition and family fun.

This home is thoughtfully designed for guests’ comfort, featuring two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the second level. There is one half bath and one full bath on the first floor, along with two full bathrooms on the second floor.

Bedroom 1 (First Floor) – King bed, TV, and two closets.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor) – Two queen-size bunk beds, TV, and closet.
Bedroom 3 (Second Floor) – Two side-by-side queen beds, dresser, and TV. Includes a spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks, a separate vanity area, and a large closet.
Bedroom 4 – Master Suite (Second Floor) – Features a sitting area, work desk, TV, two large closets, and a private en suite bathroom with double sinks and a separate vanity area. Enjoy direct access to a 14x20 porch overlooking the backyard with views of the coast and golf course.
Bathroom 1 (First Floor) – Half bath located behind the living area.
Bathroom 2 (First Floor) – Full bathroom with shower/tub combination, located beside Bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bathroom 3 (Second Floor – Master Suite) – En suite bathroom with double sinks and separate vanity space.
Bathroom 4 (Second Floor – Bedroom 3) – En suite bathroom with double sinks and separate vanity space.

Fresh linens, bath towels, and personal soaps (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more) are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with towels, utensils, place settings, coffee makers, toaster, microwave, and much more! Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.  

Getting Around: Parking in the driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars depending on size. (with caution, stray golf balls do end up in the yard) Lot across from home is intended for golf course visitors only. Safe, walkable area to golf course, beaches, marinas and more. Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
