Relish in the historic seaside vibes and New England charm of Mystic and nearby Stonington - a famed maritime town known to be one of the most beautiful small towns in the USA! (Architectural Digest, 2022).

The Mystic Seaport Museum is one not to miss. Located just under 10 minutes away by foot, this museum is known as the USA's leading maritime research facilities - featuring more than 500 watercraft and vessels of which 4 are designated in the National Historic Landmark registry! This includes Charles W. Morgan which is the oldest - yes that's right THE oldest - commercial ship still afloat in the United States today. This ship has embarked on 37 voyages in pursuit of whales of all types, having successfully navigated through the hostile, frozen conditions in the Arctic and survived countless storms around Cape Horn.

For those who appreciate fine wine and dining, there are a number of award winning vineyards for you to discover. We recommend Saltwater Farm Vineyard - a beautiful 108 acre estate borderingthe Connecticut shoreline where 6 varieties of grapes are grown. If you’re in search for some vitaminsea, look no further than Dubois beach located just opposite the Stonington Lighthouse Museum.
