The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and traditional drip coffee maker. Guests will also find cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products, and cleaning supplies provided for convenience. Enjoy meals in one of two dining areas — either the cozy eat-in kitchen or the beautiful glassed-in dining area overlooking direct waterfront views.

- **Anonymous**: "Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay, and we cannot say enough about the incredible PMI team. Many homes claim “beachfront,” but this one truly is—step off the patio and your feet are in the sand. The views are stunning and the sound of the water made every moment special.

From the start, Carolyn welcomed us warmly and graciously accommodated our early check-in. 

What set this apart was the care when an HVAC issue arose before arrival. Jason, the CEO, personally reached out to welcome and reassure us—rare leadership. And a special thank you to Ed, who worked tirelessly, coordinating vendors and never stopping until our comfort was addressed.

Traveling from several states to celebrate Juneteenth with our niece and her fiancé, both proudly serving in Groton, this meant the world to us. We felt comfortable and supported, and valued throughout.

Great hosts are measured by how they respond—and this team exceeded every expectation. We’d absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!
